New Seasonal Flavours

Sal got his hands on some red anjou pears that are locally grown in Moorooduc, on the Mornington Peninsula.


The pears are going to be made into a purée with cinnamon, vanilla and star anise and then churned with Prosecco to introduce our new seasonal flavour, Autumn Spiced Pear Bellini.
